P.E. Coach: Howard, Demetra

Hey there! My name is Demetra Howard, better known as "Coach".

I have 30 years of experience working with and coaching youth, and I love it. This is my fourth school year working as the Health and Physical Education teacher at GAP, and I am here to make a difference in kids' lives. I am a proud graduate of the Great Program that Georgetown ISD has funded. As a result, I am now on my way to obtaining my teacher certification.

The Granny Basketball Team I am a member of, the Copperas Cove Heatwave, is #1 in Texas and ranked 3rd in the Nation.

Tengo 30 años de experiencia trabajando y entrenando jóvenes, y me encanta. Este es mi cuarto año escolar como profesora de Salud y Educación Física en GAP, y estoy aquí para marcar la diferencia en la vida de los niños. Me enorgullece graduarme del Gran Programa financiado por el Distrito Escolar Independiente de Georgetown. Como resultado, estoy en camino de obtener mi certificación como profesora.

El equipo de baloncesto de la abuela del que formo parte, Copperas Cove Heatwave, es el número 1 en Texas y el tercero a nivel nacional.
