SPED Teacher: Ridley, Daniela

Mrs. Ridley is a naturalized citizen. She was born in Germany and became a U.S. citizen at the age of 15. She is fluent in German and English and knows about 10 words in Spanish, but is learning more! Mrs. Ridley is currently working on her PhD in Education. She has over 12 years of experience in education.

Mrs. Ridley loves to teach History, but at the GAP, she facilitates Electives and works with Special Education and 504 students. For fun, she likes to read, crochet, paint, and create photo albums and jewelry boxes. She loves spending time on the beach, and her favorite city in the US is Washington, D.C.

Mrs. Ridley loves riding motorcycles with her husband and going zip-lining!

La Sra. Ridley es ciudadana naturalizada. Nació en Alemania y se nacionalizó estadounidense a los 15 años. Habla alemán e inglés con fluidez y sabe unas 10 palabras en español, ¡pero está aprendiendo más! Actualmente cursa su doctorado en Educación. Tiene más de 12 años de experiencia en educación.

Le encanta enseñar Historia, pero en el GAP imparte asignaturas optativas y trabaja con estudiantes de Educación Especial y del programa 504. Para divertirse, le gusta leer, tejer a crochet, pintar y crear álbumes de fotos y joyeros. Le encanta pasar tiempo en la playa, y su ciudad favorita en Estados Unidos es Washington, D.C.
